Illustration work

Over the easter half term we had to look at a few Illustrators and their work and recreate their piece. We had to choose an illustration that related to my target market, high end high street. I found an illustration by a lady called Steph Dix which I was interested in as it was very feminine and elegant and I felt that it really resembled the high end high street market in particular the shop Coast. The illustration is created using pencil and photoshop. I intend to draw the outline of her face and hands then photoshop the background and the flower in the hair. The background is a William Morris wallpaper design and I have found almost an exact copy for my illustration.
