Over the past few weeks we have been creating a dress by Giles Deacon for a competition. We had to by fabric that we thought would be suitable and manufacture it ourselves.
We could change a few things slightly but not to drastic, with mine I left the sleeves out just to save time and it actually looked quite well without them.

I didn't win but it was nice to take part in it. A few people from my group got a mention from the designer which was exciting.
We have now moved on to making a shirt dress so my next post will be about that.
